Thanks for visiting our page!  Here our some FAQ's that might help you navigate our site better!

  1. How are items shipped?   We use USPS, and most items under one pound will be shipped First Class with Tracking.  If your item is over one pound it will be shipped USPS Priority.
  2. When will my item(s) get to me?  Please wait at least 3-7 business days to get your package. In most cases it will not take that long. (Please be mindful there maybe delays, due to COVID-19.)
  3. How do I cancel an Order?  We aim to process orders same day. We do not allow cancellations of orders. If you purchase the wrong size or color, please contact our customer service department (via email DDCNBoutique@gmail.com or via DM @dopechicksclub).
  4. Do you give refunds? No, Unfortunately we do not. All sales are final.
  5. Can I call to order?  No, we do not offer call to order.
  6. Where are you located?  We are based in Atlanta, GA. Pick up & delivery options are available upon request. 
  7. Do you Hold Items? No, unfortunately not.  We have a high turnover of product so we cannot hold items.  If you are unsure about purchasing because of the fit, or have questions- please send us an email.
  8. Do you offer discounts? Yes!  Discount code will display on home page.
  9. Do you ship international? Yes!  We ship via USPS First-Class Package International Service.
